API Terms

Effective Date: December 2025

These API Terms apply in addition to our main Terms of Service when you access or use the PoshListings Business API.

1. API Access & Credentials

You must keep your API keys and credentials secure. You are responsible for all API activity that occurs using your keys.

2. Acceptable API Use

You agree not to:

• Exceed documented rate limits or attempt to bypass throttling.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data in violation of our Terms or applicable law.
• Use API responses to build a competing directory from PoshListings data.

3. Rate Limits & Fair Usage

Your plan’s documentation or order form defines your monthly call limits. We may temporarily or permanently revoke access if usage materially exceeds plan limits or disrupts service stability.

4. Data Ownership

Business data accessed via the API (including provider records, reviews, and analytics) remains owned by PoshListings or its respective providers. Your own submitted content and configuration remains yours as described in our main Terms of Service.

5. Changes & Deprecations

We may introduce new versions of the API, deprecate endpoints, or change limits. When possible, we provide reasonable advance notice before removing or breaking existing endpoints.

6. Termination of API Access

We may suspend or terminate API access for security reasons, abuse, or violations of these API Terms or our main Terms of Service.
